The City of Garnett is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete all or portions of the pavilion reconstruction project. Bidders may submit proposals for the full scope of work or for specific components of the project, as outlined below.
Scope includes, but is not limited to:
Coordination with the City on layout and placement
Site preparation and grading as needed
Concrete work (pads, footings, or related flatwork as applicable)
Reassembly of existing steel pavilion structures
Structural modifications as needed to ensure integrity and safety
Installation of newly acquired tin roof and related components
Painting of assembled structures
Cleanup and disposal of construction debris
Important Notes:
Structures were previously used and relocated; contractor should anticipate variability in condition
Contractor is responsible for verifying measurements, fit, and constructability
Any deficiencies or concerns should be communicated prior to proceeding .
